Our body is a complex system composed of joints, bones, nerves and muscle specially designed for motion. It’s good to note that motion is a key aspect in life. The body is designed with movement in mind: muscle relaxes and contracts so as to move bones, bones rotate at the joint and nervous system govern them all.
In fact research has revealed that motion is very important that lack of it has a negative effect to your health. If you do not have sufficient motion then your body will not function well. First, your health will not be good and you tend to suffer from various physical illnesses like high blood pressure. Second, you will lack mental concentration therefore you will be unproductive in your life. Third, since you have less energy, you work rate will reduce and it will further diminish to a level where a simple job will leave you exhausted.
